The "whole" in Holistic development of an individual's personality must be evolved to the optimum. The emotional and spiritual development of the personality by being given less importance has caused immense loss to not only the individual but to the complete society. Societies are getting fragmented into pieces, families are getting nuclear, our emotions are becoming weaker which is a testimony of the fact that enormous damage has been caused. Schools therefore must focus on developing EQ of the students while they are in the school.
